Abstract
The aim of the hereby article is to define parametrization as a category which serves for diagnosing and developing HR processes, including indication of possibilities and limitations of its usage. The article was based in theoretical part on literature, in empirical part on original research – survey. The research was conducted among a sample of 41 companies, the subject of research was to define the scope of application and directions of usage of indicators in realization of HR function. The results of analysis states that firstly there is a growing interest of companies in parametrization of HR functions/processes whereas their actual application is much lower.
